Overview

Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the pokko website and platform, accessible at pokko.vip. pokko operates as an online casino and sports betting platform serving players in Bangladesh. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the pokko platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and pokko with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or arrangements between you and pokko regarding the subject matter herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the pokko platform.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the pokko platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements. pokko reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that do not comply.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pokko enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21. This applies to registration, depositing, wagering, and withdrawals.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or where pokko has restricted access.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player with pokko or have an account that has been suspended or permanently closed by pokko.

pokko uses KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures to verify the identity and age of players. You may be required to submit identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified by pokko may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending compliance.

To access real-money features of pokko, you must create an account. Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on pokko. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of any balances.

pokko accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via approved local payment methods. All financial transactions on pokko are subject to the following terms.

Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements

pokko offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms. Individual promotions may carry additional specific terms that are communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of a conflict between the general bonus terms below and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific terms shall prevail.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are credited to your pokko account balance and are available for use on eligible games only. pokko specifies eligible games for each bonus in the promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at a time unless otherwise specified. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously in a manner not permitted by pokko will result in bonus forfeiture.
• pokko reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including use of multiple accounts or false information, will be voided and may result in account termination.

Conduct

Prohibited Conduct and Account Misuse

pokko maintains the integrity of its platform through enforcement of the following prohibitions. Violation of any of the following terms may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all balances.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, or colluding with other players to circumvent platform rules or manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting thresholds, or any other financial crime.
• Exploiting technical errors, software glitches, or pricing mistakes on the platform to extract funds that would not otherwise be available.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable identification or payment documents during the KYC verification process.

pokko monitors platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct using automated and manual review systems. Players who believe they have been incorrectly flagged may contact pokko support to submit a formal appeal. pokko's decision following a completed review is final.

Responsibility

pokko does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or third-party service disruptions may result in temporary unavailability. pokko will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned maintenance in advance where possible.

Amendments

Changes to These Terms

pokko reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pokko will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the pokko platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
